The purpose of this study was to develop a model for selecting employees' educational approaches in small and medium industrial companies in Ahvaz. This study reached theoretical saturation using qualitative approach and foundation data theory method after interviewing 11 managers and employees of small and medium industrial companies of Ahvaz number one. After analyzing the results of eight oral questions during free coding, axial coding and selective coding, the overall pattern of the research was finally extracted. Paradigm Research Model in Causal Conditions (Including Individual Factors: Adaptation to Corporate Needs and Employee Behavioral Factors and Organizational Factors: Managers' Performance Related to Educational Facilities, Economic Problems and Laws), Contextual Conditions (Management and Policies) And staff responses), intervening conditions (social and economic factors), strategies (enhancing people's skills and experiences and empowerment, updating facilities, formulating appropriate laws and regulations, and training individuals (formal, informal and free courses)), The Central Phenomenon of the Paradigm Model that Includes Human Resource Development and Outcomes (Individual Level: Human Resources Training The expert, developing talents and motivate people and organizational level: to optimize production and enhance the reputation and credibility of the organization) was designed. Considering the main purpose of the study, which was to formulate the model of selection of staff training approaches (supportive, non-supportive, neutral and contingent) and to consider teaching-learning approaches that include formal, informal, and free training, it was finally found that most Managers choose a contingency approach and at the end the general model of the research is extracted.MethodThe method in this research is Grounded Theory. Grounded Theory is that discovers theories, concepts, hypotheses, and theorems directly from data, rather than inferring from previous assumptions, other existing research, or theoretical frameworks.ResultsFinally, according to the main purpose of the study, which is to develop a model for selecting staff training approaches (supportive, non-supportive, neutral and contingent) and considering teaching-learning approaches that include formal, informal and free training, it was found that most managers choose a contingency approach and finally the general research model is extracted.DiscussionIn the last decade, with the advent of new technologies in production, communication, change in the capabilities of industrial units, production methods, distribution and organizational structure of enterprises has emerged, which has mainly increased the importance of small and medium units. Humanity has a significant role. In this research, unlike previous research, it has been implemented in the conditions of inflation and economic recession.

The main purpose of this study is study the barriers of implementation of smart schools in Ahwaz Girls secondary schools. In order to doing this study a mixed method of research was used. Also data collected via multi methods such as questionnaire, semi-interviews, checklist and researcher observation. The sample of the study consisted of 100 teachers and 8 principles of secondary school which randomly selected from zone 1 of Ahwaz city using a cluster sampling method. The results of the questionnaire indicated that main barriers were: weakness of teaching and learning environment, a multimedia-based learning content, low level of IT infrastructure development, school management system, weakness of teachers it skills and lack of appropriated action regarding the it.

Development Plan of Iran with respect to grade, geographical location and educational district Performance Evaluation of different organizations and the resultant information concerning the extent of compliance with certain indicators, has always been an asset for planners of future. Therefore, in this study the performance of the office of Education of Ahvaz was evaluated in terms of internal efficiency indicators during the peried of the Fourth Development Plan; and this performance was compared with the average performance of Khuzestan Province. The method used in this study was descriptive – analytical and by using model of students flow and by using tables and graphs the results have been recorded. Statistical population used in this survey comprised all of schools in Ahvaz City during the year 1383- 1388 and because of descriptive nature of research, on this study, no sampling was attempted. Findings of this research showed that internal efficiency coefficient of guidance school in Ahvaz City during this plan period was 82 percent and the wastage ratio in this city was 1/22, while the average index in province was 1/20. The average of survival rate in Khuzestan province was 97/76, while the average of this index in Ahvaz city is 95/98. Also the drop-out index performance of Ahvaz City exceeded that of the province average.

The purpose of this paper is to reflect on the requirements in teachers' professional competencies in correspondence to worldwide social, information and communication technology developments and the effect that this development had on the curriculum. If we are trying to reduce the gap between the intended curriculum, the taught curriculum and experienced curriculum, it is necessary to pay attention to the hidden and neglected curriculum in our educational system. Current and emerging social facts and developments in digital world constitute considerable aspects of the hidden and neglected curriculum and effective on three curriculum types mentioned above. Since teachers are the key factor contributing to the success of curriculum, specially intended curriculum, they need the appropriate competencies to make these changes. Understanding these competencies can provide the basis for reflection on teacher training curricula. The methodology of this study is a survey involving a review – analysis and the author has applied her long-term experience as an educator in teacher education domain to enrich the theoretical aspects of study. The main topics of this study are organized in two sections: In the first section, features of curricula influenced by global social and ICT developments are reviewed, and in the second part teachers' professional competencies in accordance with these developments are reviewed. The findings of this study indicate teachers' professional competencies in two areas: professional competencies in accordance with knowledge of curriculum and practice of curriculum, each of which consists of several professional components and are illustrated in the form of a diagram.

With the purpose of understanding the relationship between school size, school culture and academic achievement on both middle & secondary girl schools of Ahvaz (2010-2011), a correlational survey was conducted by participation of 17 middle schools and 15 secondary schools that were selected by stratified random sampling. School Culture Questionnaire and It's parameters (salfi & saeed, 2007) was used to measures of school culture (teachers professional qualification, teachers' interactions with personnel and management (Staff and Row), teachers' interactions, parents' participation in school activities, and physical facilities) which completed by teachers; Second School's identify certification also completed by principal of each school. Reliability coefficients of school culture questionnaire (α= 0.95) and its fifth subscales (0.79 – 0.92) was very high and acceptable. Results showed that there was no significant difference in culture and its components between schools with different sizes (except physical facilities component); However there was a significant difference in academic achievement in the schools with different sizes. The results of regression analysis showed that school culture predicts 12% of variance of academic achievement and among the components of school culture just the impact of parents' participation on the academic achievement is significant. The school size, and school culture altogether could explain 12% of students' academic achievement. There is no significant difference between middle & secondary schools on school cultures as well as its entire components.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the communication of educational department’s managers with students from the perspective of undergraduate students in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. The method of research was a mixed of one. To achieve this goal by using random sampling, 240 undergraduate students in their Third and Fourth year of study at Shahid Chamran University (SCU) were selected. A questionnaire was given to 210 of them and 30 of them were interviewed. The validity of questionnaire was measured by content analysis method and the reliability was computed by Cronbach alpha (0.95). The Organizational communication effectiveness of department managers and students was analyzed based on from five dimensions (structure, content, individual, organizational, and human communication). The results showed that organizational communication effectiveness of educational departments managers with students. From the perspective of content, individuals, organizational and human communications(t = 4) was not at the optimal level. However a proved to be significant in structural dimension (t = 3). The findings also showed human communications had the lowest mean and individual dimension ranked highest among the dimensions. The findings showed no significant differences between the humanities and non humanities in organizational communication effectiveness of university department's managers with students, but there were significant differences among faculties. Also, the findings showed no significant difference between boy and girl students in organizational communications dimensions, but significant differences was observed between boy and girl students in human communications dimension. Moreover, findings showed no significant difference between third and fourth year undergraduate students in all dimensions, except for the content dimension.

This study was conducted to evaluate the performance of Board of trustees oriented schools (Heyat omana). Due to the characteristics and conditions of schools, to achieve the objective the Grounded theory was used. The aim of this research is study ofTheoretical foundation of Globalization and its impact on goals of curriculums in Iran education system. In doing this, three known philosophical, economical, cultural, and political theories are considered with focusing on the curriculum goals which have been discussed by Valershtan (world system theory), Mayer and Boli (world polity theory, and Robertson (world culture theory). Reflection of each theory in curriculum shows that trends of educational system in the world is shifting towards a pluralism, minorities, national and local cultures, technical and vocational education, lifelong learning, and decentralization. With regards to Iran’s society characteristics as a young society this research was going to see the reflection of those theories over Iranian education system and its curriculum goals. The results revealed that there are some positive reflections and opportunities from those theories within Iran’s education system particularly issues such as privatization, decentralization, integrated curriculum, peace and lifelong education. At the same time, some of the threatens of the impact of those theories in Iran’s education system are addressing single subject curriculum, economic manipulation, customers consumption and inequality of education system for all children

This research is addressing the issue of effectiveness of ICDL training courses on knowledge, attitude and skills of employees of Water and Power organization (WPO) in Khuzestan province. The research used transactional model of Halton. Research sampling technique was stratified sampling technique which from 1279 employees of WPO 220 employees were selected. A researcher designed questionnaire which composed of three mail elements of knowledge, attitude and skills of ICDL courses were distributed among 200 employees and interview been done with 20 other employees. Collected data were analysed with spss and qualitative method. The results show that the employees' satisfactions with ICDL effectiveness were lower than expected. This means that organization activities in relation to ICDL courses require more attention and reengineering

The main goal of this research is the evaluation of the extent of match between achieved and expected goals of secondary education in AhwazCity. The research methodology involved a mixed method (quantitative and qualitative). As the important part of the evaluation models is concerned with preparing information for decision making, we used a CIPP model which was deemed to be relevant to this survey. The target Population included secondary schools principals, teachers and all girls studying in the third Grade of Ahwaz secondary schools and pre university program during the academic year of 2008-2009. Using cluster sampling first we selected an educational zone and subsequently selected 10 secondary schools and 3 pre university schools. From these schools, 40 teachers, 90 students and 90 pre-university students were randomly selected. Data were collected through a research made questionnaire, semi-structure interviews and check list indexes. Research results showed that there is a critical gap between achieved and expected goals in terms of context, input, process and product. Also, while there was some congruency among the views of secondary students group and pre university students about the results we observed differences among the teachers’ views based on their responses to the questionnaire and interview. However, we could not find differences among the respondents in relation to input variables but they were agreed that there is a gap with regard to context, process and product.

The purpose of the present research was to study human resources empowerment dimensions in one of the Water and Electricity organizations of Iran. The research method used was descriptive, i.e. survey, and statistical population consisted of all managers and employees in 1388/89 (2009/2010). A Sample of 220 participants were selected Via stratified random sampling. A measurement instrument (questionnaire) was designed based on the criteria of Iran manpower empowerment institute model. The reliability and validity of the instrument were measured to be 0.946 and 0.904 respectively. The main findings of this research are: The rate of human resources Empowerment in the studied organization was found to be lower than average based on the criteria of Iran’s Manpower Empowerment Institute Model. Based on leadership dimension of Iran Manpower Empowerment Institute model, there is a gap between the status quo and the optimal target. Also a gap was found between the status quo and optimum based on the learning dimention of Iran’s Manpower Empowerment Inistitute model.

The present study seeks to survey the mediatory role of achievement goals between class structure perception and cognitive engagement of students studying at the first grade of high school in governmental high schools of Ilam. Samples of the study were 288 male and 288 female students chosen through the multistage random Cluster sampling. The scales used were the indices of mastery structure of the class, avoidance structure of the class, mastery goals, performance-approach goals, performance-avoidance goals, self regulation, deep processing strategies and surface processing strategies. Validity and reliability of the methods used here have been reported to be suitable. The statistical method implemented in the study was "the structure modeling equation" done by the use of LISREL8.51 software. Results have shown that only the direct path of performance-approach goals towards deep processing strategies is not meaningful path and other direct and indirect paths are meaningful. Also with view to the correlation co-ef ficients observed among variables and improvement the goodness of fit of the indices, the LISREL8.51 program suggest adding the paths of mastery structure to self regulation, self regulation to deep processing strategies, and self regulation to surface processing structure and also removing the paths of mastery goals from the deep processing strategies. So, after removing the problematic paths and adding the suggested ones, the fit of the corrected model was examined. Most of fit indices obtalned support the complete agreement of the revised model with data.

This research which is an exercise in the field of descriptive evaluation aimed at composing the academic achievement and test anxiety of third grade students of Ahvaz elementary schools in academic year of 1386/1387 (2007/2008) the statistical universe of the study consisted of 3rd grade students enrolled in the primary schools of three educational districts of Ahvaz. (districts 1, 2, 4). Sampling method used was multi-stage random sampling and, on the whole, 150 students participated in this study. To collect data Ahvaz anxiety questionnaire and achievement tests in math and science were used. Data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the performance in mathematics of 3rd grade students on account of the type of evaluated by use of descriptive method had a better performance. However, this was not the case regarding the science performance of the students, indicating that description evaluation had no effect on the student's performance in science. Results also showed that student's test anxiety proved to be significantly different under the two regimes of evaluation tended to reduce test anxiety of students participating in this study.

In the “Decade of culture of peace” (2001-2010), international thinker and institutions have with a positive outlook, deemed access to coexistence the duty of different social groups and institutions and introduced coexistence as a legitimate educational goal as a way to boost social cohesion. In this article peaceful coexistence is construed as an educational goal with roots in scientific/ philosophical, pragmatic and Islamic ideas. In this article a more comprehensive idea of coexistence, i.e. peaceful and just coexistence, is advocated, which is more compatible with our country’s educational system and Islamic culture. Conceptually, the ramifications of this goal constitute an educational continuum of activities covering training and education toward, as first step, a minimal peaceful and just coexistence, moving toward developing a just compromise among groups. a second step, maximal peaceful and just coexistence and balanced society in the third and fourth stages, respectively. In all the four stages, emphasis is laid on change, reform and shaping the socio-psychological repertoire of individuals and groups and education them to accept the existence of other groups and their rights. These activites are hoped to pave the way for a permanent peaceful and just (i.e. free and unimposed) socio-cultural coexistence. At the training stage, internalization of valses and the development of social skills and behaviors should receive the most attention on the part of both curriculum developers and practitioner.

The aim of this research was to explore the extent to which the educational policies adopted for the third economic development plan were carried out in education at Ahvaz local office of secondary education (ALOSE) during the third development plan (2000-2004). A qualitative methodology was used and data were collected via smi-structured interview (Interviews done with Education Local Authorities) and documents analysis. The results indicated that: 1) during the third development plan in ALOSE, a series of models of educational change such as preplan change, evolutionary change, organizational cycle, political, social recognition and cultural change were taken into consideration; 2) the level of performance was significantly higher in the fifth year of the developmet plan compared to the first year with regards to reforms such as: Competition oriented reforms, financial oriented reforms, justice oriented reforms and quality and productivity oriented reforms.
